Any product(s) purchased from
Mutual Wheel Company may be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange
unless otherwise noted.
All returns are required to have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number displayed on the outside of every package. Please call (309) 757-1244
or use our printable RMA request forms to receive your RMA.
All pieces that make up the product(s)
must be in unused condition, placed in the original packaging, and shipped
freight prepaid to our warehouse. No freight collect packages will be accepted.
Also, we recommend for your protection that you insure your package for it's full value.
Returns of nondefective products will incur a 20% restocking charge. Freight charges on nondefective products are not refundable.
Special orders are not eligible for return.
